 In 2010 Barrhead Travel celebrates 35 years of independence and customer excellence. From humble beginnings as a small travel agency in Barrhead, the company is now a respected brand in Scotland and nationally.

Employing over 450 staff, the company has a turnover in excess of £100 million.  The company has constantly outperformed the market by providing better-priced holidays and Business Travel Solutions partnered with higher levels of service.

The company has consistently grown through innovation and entrepreneurial flair. In the early days when travel companies were focussing on expanding into multiple high street locations, Barrhead Travel focussed on offering its customers increased levels of service by opening early till late 7 days a week, and offering customers the choice of being able to book their travel in the travel agency, by phone through a call centre or on-line.

The Corporate Travel Management division manages the business travel of many blue chip companies, government bodies and academic institutions throughout Scotland and the UK.
